Happy Birthday to me!

It's my 33rd birthday and it's been an unusual year. Putting Covid to one side, we bought our first house (which was a pretty big deal!), I had a pattern published in a national magazine for the first time, and I am in the process of collaborating on 3 designs with one of my favourite yarn companies. My daughter has started school and loves it, and my son finally received a diagnosis for his complicated health issues which allows us to move forward and focus on encouraging his development. My husband remains wonderful, and is around a lot more thanks to working from home. Life is not always easy but I think I am very lucky to be able to say that I am happier now than I was this time last year.

I have been extremely blessed and have avoided most of the worst consequences of the pandemic, but of course I miss family and friends, and my birthday this year is not quite what I might have expected. Despite this I am having a lovely day with my husband and children, so I have decided to celebrate with a birthday sale on all of my self published patterns.
